Cancellation Policy
Please understand that last-minute cancellations can disrupt the schedule and make it difficult for other clients to book their preferred time slots. To ensure that appointments are managed smoothly and everyone can enjoy the best experience, the following cancellation policy applies:
⚫︎30% of the treatment fee will be charged for cancellations made within one week of the appointment date.
⚫︎Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a cancellation, so please keep this in mind.

★ For Those Who Want to Book for Two People ★
I often get asked, “Can two people receive treatments at the same time?” or “Can I book for more than two people?”
Since this is a one-person service, I can only provide treatments one by one. If two people would like to book together, I’m happy to take care of you one after the other. 🙂
For groups of more than two, unfortunately, it’s not possible to accommodate everyone at the same time. 🙁 Thank you for your understanding!
